Celleste Medical Center adheres to the following policies and procedures regarding refunds.

Pricing and Service Change

Prices and a list of services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur, but we encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Product Refunds

It is our mission to provide you with the highest quality of skin and body care that match your needs. We do not issue any refunds on opened or unopened products, unless a medically proven allergic reaction. At which time, the product needs to be returned to Celleste Medical Center within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. We cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, an equivalent amount of spa credit, which you can use to purchase other products or spa services, will be issued.

Service Refunds

All services, including promotional packages, provided by Celleste Medical Center expire within 1 year from the date of purchase.

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment services that are purchased by the client, unless otherwise determined by our management team.

Promotional packages or services cannot be returned or reimbursed under any circumstances.

There are no cash or credit back refunds. If the management team determines that compensation is appropriate, the client will receive a certain amount of spa credit for an estimated dollar amount. Service providers are not permitted to grant refunds at any given time.

Any changes or cancellation must be made before 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) / 5:00 PM (Eastern Time). If you make an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been authorized and shipped, we are sorry but there is nothing we can do until you receive your order. You will need to receive the order first and then return it (in accordance with our return policy) for a refund. If your order has been shipped out, then we are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling fee. If a package delivery is refused by the customer and sent back to us for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customer’s Store Credit or Refund.
